Apricots, artichokes, basil, blueberries, cardoons, celery, cherries, cucumbers, edible flowers, pastured eggs, elephant garlic, fava beans, fennel, goat cheese, fresh herbs, lettuces, English, Sugar Snap, and Snow peas, poppies, new potatoes, spring onions, strawberries, summer squash, squash blossoms, rapini, raspberries, baby root vegetables, heirloom roses

Winding down or available only in limited supply: 
Asparagus, citrus, green garlic, nettles, potatoes
