Crumble & Whisk is seasoned bake shop in the heart of San Francisco. Charles Farrier started the business started four years ago with a passion for the artistry of cheesecakes. With the assistance of the La Cocina business incubator program, he was able to expand and offer his cheesecakes to a wider audience. His cheesecakes range in size from bite-sized, mini, and large cheesecakes with some popular flavors highlighting seasonal ingredients. Crumble & Whisk takes pride in presenting creative and artistic styles of cheesecake at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market, including berry and beet, strawberry fields, roasted peach crumble, and spicy Mexican chocolate. Crumble & Whisk also offers vegan and sugar-free options.
