Cocktail ~ Voluptuous

This recipe was demonstrated on May 14, 2008 at a cocktail demonstration and tasting event during San Francisco Cocktail Week.
Makes one cocktail
INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz Plymouth gin
splash of Kübler Absinthe
1 strawberry
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz egg white
½ oz agave nectar
PREPARATION:
In a mixing glass muddle strawberry. Add other ingredients and ice. Shake very hard for just a short time. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice.
