Cocktail ~ Midsummer Dream

This recipe was demonstrated on May 14, 2008 at a cocktail demonstration and tasting event during San Francisco Cocktail Week.

Makes one cocktail

INGREDIENTS:
1½ oz Martin Miller's Gin
½ oz  Cointreau
1 oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
1 strawberry
3 slices of cucumber

PREPARATION:

1. Muddle strawberry and cucumber with lime juice.

2. Add other ingredients and shake well.

3. Strain into glass over the rocks & top with soda.

4. Garnish with a strawberry sliver.
