Hello Fall
Adapted from Lou Bustamante, Hangar One Vodka
Yields 4-6 servingsINGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Hangar One Spiced Pear vodka
1 oz. Devoto Farms’ Jonathan apple juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz Bates and Schmidt Farms Apple Cider Syrup
1/4 oz Punt é Mes Sweet Vermouth
Dash of St. George Absinthe Verte
PREPARATION:
Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with spiced apple or pear chip.
