Fall For This

Adapted from H. Joseph Ehrmann of Square One Vodka

Yields 4-6 servings

INGREDIENTS:
1oz Navan
1oz Square One Cucumber Organic Vodka
3/4oz lemon juice
¼ of a Bartlett pear

PREPARATION:

In a mixing glass add the pear in pieces and muddle. If using juice, simply add the juice. Add the remaining ingredients and cover with ice. Shake well for 10 seconds and Hawthorne strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
