Apples Five Ways

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium apple
with…

2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons sprinkles (chocolate or rainbow)

or…

2 teaspoons peanut butter
2 teaspoons real maple syrup

or…

1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chopped dry roasted peanuts

or…

1 tablespoon honey
½ ounce crushed pretzels

or…

1 ½ tablespoons real maple syrup
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds



PREPARATION:
  1. Wash the apple and dry it well. Cut the apple into six or eight wedges. Choose any of the options above for a healthy snack.
  2. Using a butter knife, spread the peanut butter on the apple wedges and top with sprinkles or drizzle with maple syrup. Or drizzle honey or maple syrup over apple wedges and top with peanuts, pretzels, or sesame seeds.
