4 soft rolls
1 lb. Dungeness crab meat
¼ pound unsalted butter
4 teaspoons chives
Salt & pepper
- Split & toast soft rolls-set aside on plates.
- Heat sauté pan on medium to high heat. Add the butter. When melted, add crab, salt & pepper. Heat and toss crab to mix in butter.
- Season to taste, add chives and spoon onto rolls. Serve with hot shoestring potatoes, a lemon wedge, and a cold Anchor Steam.
