Crab Roll

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

4 soft rolls
1 lb. Dungeness crab meat
¼ pound unsalted butter
4 teaspoons chives
Salt & pepper

PREPARATION

  1. Split & toast soft rolls-set aside on plates.

  2. Heat sauté pan on medium to high heat. Add the butter. When melted, add crab, salt & pepper. Heat and toss crab to mix in butter.

  3. Season to taste, add chives and spoon onto rolls. Serve with hot shoestring potatoes, a lemon wedge, and a cold Anchor Steam.
