Cocktail: Spring Eclipse

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces  Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum
1.5 ounces  Strawberry/Rhubarb/Allspice/Vanilla Syrup
3.0 ounces Strawberry/Apple juice combo
1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice


PREPARATION

Build drink in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a strawberry filled with thin apple slices and a lemon twist, sitting on edge of glass.
