Cocktail: Blue Bonnet

This recipe was demonstrated on May 14, 2008 at a cocktail demonstration and tasting event during San Francisco Cocktail Week.

Makes one cocktail

INGREDIENTS

2 ounces Plymouth Gin
3/4 ounce fresh pressed Meyer lemon juice
1/2 ounce honey
10 blueberries
Tarragon

PREPARATION

  1. Muddle blueberries and tarragon with honey. Add gin and lemon juice.

  2. Shake and serve over ice.
