Cocktail: Berry Splash

Source: Aurora Siegel, Rose Pistola.

Makes one cockail


INGREDIENTS

1.5 ounces Bacardi
1 strawberry
2-3 blackberries
2-3 blueberries
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce lime juice
½ ounce simple syrup
1 verbena leaf
Dash of bitters

PREPARATION

  1. In a pint glass muddle the strawberry, blackberries & blueberries.

  2. Then add ice, rum, lemon and lime juice and simple syrup.

  3. Shake & strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a verbena leaf.
