Della Fattoria Slideshow

In April, 2009, the Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture (CUESA) led a tour of Della Fattoria bakery, a small, sustainable Petaluma-based business. After an inspiring day of listening, looking and learning, we filled our bellies with oven-baked cheese sandwiches made with Della Fattoria bread and Cowgirl Creamery cheese.

Kathleen Weber (pictured) and her husband started the bakery on their ranch in Petaluma. Della Fattoria means “from the farm.”
