ABOUT: Erin's dad is originally from southern Indiana, an area she describes as "truck farm country" where each town had a mill. She started Ridgecut Gristmills because she wanted to recreate the cornbread she ate as a child when visiting his family. She also wanted to encourage the growth of more local corn in Yolo County.
