Seasonal Cooking Demo: Steven Rojas

Join Chez Papa Resto's Steven Rojas in the CUESA kitchen for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

Steven's career while working alongside Master Chef Jean François Meteigner, owner of La Cachette in Los Angeles. This experience inspired Rojas to enroll at Le Cordon Bleu’s California School for the Culinary Arts. With additional years of experience in Spain and France under his belt, Rojas was hired as Executive Chef at the exclusive Saddle Peak Lodge in Calabasas, California, where he received a Michelin star, the youngest chef in the LA area to acquire this rating. He brings an interest in seasonal menus and artisanal ingredients to the contemporary French cuisine at Chez Papa Resto.

All demos take place in the CUESA kitchen under the north arcade of the Ferry Building and are free to the public with recipes and samples for all.
