Seasonal Cooking Demo: Pam Mazzola

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
This week meet Pam Mazzola, chef/partner at Prospect. Hailing from Denver where she cooked in many of the city's top kitchens, Pam Mazzola first joined Chef Nancy Oakes at San Francisco's L'Avenue in 1988. Their meeting launched a friendship and culinary partnership that has endured for over twenty years. Mazzola was part of the opening staff of Boulevard, and has remained there to this day as co-executive chef and co-author with Oakes on the James Beard Award-nominated Boulevard Cookbook. She firmly believes that the best kitchens are collaborative and constantly evolving. As chef/partner in Prospect, she works closely with the team, guiding the overall direction of the restaurant with a focus on menu development.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the arches of the north arcade of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
