Seasonal Cooking Demo: Matthew Dolan

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.

The Melon Madness continues with Matthew Dolan, executive chef of Twenty Five Lusk.  From New Orleans, New York, Nantucket Island, Helsinki, Finland, and San Francisco he has strived to improve his technique while being exposed to a variety of restaurant environments.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
