Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
This week meet Mark Liberman, executive chef and partner at AQ Restaurant & Bar in the mission. Raised in Sonoma County, Chef Mark Liberman began apprenticing in kitchens at a very young age. Since then, he has spent his time cooking under some of the greatest chefs in the United States. Mark launched his career once he arrived in Las Vegas, where he opened multiple restaurants before returning to his roots in Northern California.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
