Seasonal Cooking Demo: Keith Hammerich

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
Chef Keith Hammerich is the Chef instructor on the faculty fo the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Studies at the City College of San Francisco. The CAHM Program offers three degree programs that prepare students for employment in a wide range of careers in the hospitality industry: culinary arts; food service management; and hotel management. Chef Hammerich is a native San Franciscan. He began his career at the Sonoma Mission Inn, started many Hyatt Hotel Restaurants across the Country, and then began teaching at hospitality programs in Northern California.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
