Seasonal Cooking Demo: John Toulze and Sondra Bernstein

Stop by the CUESA Classroom for a cooking demo featuring the seasonal bounty of the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market.
John Toulze is managing partner and executive chef of the girl & the fig restaurant in Sonoma. With proprietor Sondra Bernstein, he is the co-author of Plats du Jour: The Girl & the Fig's Journey through the Seasons of Wine Country.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
