Seasonal Cooking Demo: Anjan Mitra

Anjan Mitra and his wife Emily founded Dosa to recreate the rich diversity of Southern India while incorporating the local, organic, and seasonal aspects of San Francisco Cooking. Now Dosa has two extremely successful locations and has been voted amongst the top 100 bay area restaurants since its founding in 2006.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
