Pickling Party with Happy Girl Kitchen

You can pickle that! CUESA and Urban Kitchen SF are excited to host Todd Champagne of Happy Girl Kitchen Co. for a hand-on pickling workshop. During this two-hour class, Todd will show us three different types of pickling: quick fridge pickles, canned vinegar pickles, and live culture fermentation. Three different ways, three delicious products, all made with fresh ingredients from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. Participants will go home with jars of each kind of pickle and recipes to make them on their own.
This event takes place at the Ferry Building in the CUESA kitchen in the north arcade.
