Make Your Own Burrata with The Milkmaid

Urban Kitchen SF's first class of 2012 will be part one in a three-part series with The Milkmaid, Louella Hill. Fresh from traveling the country to share her cheese-making expertise with fellow cheese enthusiasts, The Milkmaid is now partnering with UKSF for our three-part cheese series.

First up, she'll be teaching us how to make everyone's favorite cousin of mozzarellaburrata! Yes, that's right, the cheese that literally oozes cream. Keep your eyes out for part two in April, on crottin, and part three in May, on Greek yogurt and kefir. Coming to each class isn't required but heavily encouraged!

This event is co-hosted by Urban Kitchen SF and CUESA. It will take place at the Ferry Building in the CUESA kitchen in the north arcade. The cost is $65. Sliding scale pricing available; email registration@urbankitchensf.org for details. Buy tickets.
