Jamming with Happy Girl Kitchen

Berry season is starting to ramp up, and it's time to preserve the harvest. Happy Girl Kitchen Co. founder Jordan Champagne will share her meticulously developed techniques in this hands-on jam-making class offered in partnership with Urban Kitchen SF.
Participants will use produce grown by farmers from the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market to make strawberry-Meyer lemon jam and mixed berry jubilee, learning the fundamentals of making jam along the way. Everyone will take home two delectable jars of their newly jammed goods and instructions for making jam at home.
This event will take place at the Ferry Building in the CUESA kitchen in the north arcade.
