CUESA's 9th Annual Sunday Supper

Sunday, October 2, 2011 - 6:00pm - 9:30pm

The Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture's 9th annual Sunday Supper fundraiser convenes farmers market lovers, chefs, farmers, food artisans, wine makers and distillers for a four-course whole-beast feast to benefit our work in educating eaters and supporting farmers.

Join Bay Area food luminaries Michael Pollan and the Cowgirl Creamery's gals Peggy Smith & Sue Conley for a reception featuring Cowgirl Creamery cheese, Boccalone charcuterie, wine, and a St. George Spirits signature cocktail in the Ferry Building Grand Hall. After appetites are whetted, guests will join a communal table to enjoy a distinct, succulent, four-course meal prepared by one of six chef teams. The entree course will feature a whole beast carved tableside, be it feathered, finned, or hoofed. Wine and beer are paired with each menu by a guest sommelier. Vegetarian meals are available upon advanced request, and we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions. Just let us know in advance when you register.

We'll also be auctioning a few fabulous prizes (see Live Auction Package details below).
