CCA Lunch and Dinner with Mark Pasternak and Myriam Kaplan-Pasternak of Devil's Gulch Ranch

The students at California Culinary Academy continue their Farm-to-Table series by prepare a meal featuring animals from the renowned Devil's Gulch Ranch. After a field trip to the Marin County ranch with a tour by Mark Pasternak, the students are heading back to the CCA kitchen to create menus highlighting the humanely-raised and superbly delicious meat. Mark and Myriam will be at both the lunch and dinner! Make your reservation now for what is sure to be an amazing dining experience. Takes place at the CCA's Technique Restaurant at 350 Rhode Island Street. Reservations through Open Table.
Lunch is from 11:30 am-1:00 pm and costs $15; dinner is from 6:00-8:00 pm and is $20. Both seatings are 3 courses.
