Chef Chris Jones of Brix restaurant creates a daily menu based on the extensive gardens in this Napa restaurant. He works amongst farmers, wine producers, and cheese makers to really focus on the relationship between food, cheese, and wine.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
