Summer is here, and the herbs are fresh: parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme…basil, savory, and cilantro, too! CUESA celebrates the abundance of herbs at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market with a day of tasting, learning, and cooking.

10 am - 1 pm: Herb Activities: Make Your Own Bouquet Garni!
Make yourself an herb bundle to take home, pick up our herbs guide and recipes, and learn about the health benefits of cooking with fresh herbs and which ones are in season.

11 am: Zagat’s 30 Under 30 Honoree Maya Erickson of AQ Teaches Herb-Themed Seasonal Cooking Demo

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
