Mat Schuster is proprietor and executive chef of Canela Bistro Bar, which offeres Spanish-inspired cuisine in the Castro neighborhood. Mat has dedicated his life to create sophisticated and unforgettable Spanish-inspired flavors using only local products. Canela also experiments with delicious wines and beers brought to you from every corner of the world.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
