This Valentine’s Day weekend, CUESA and the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market celebrate winter’s bounty of bitter and sweet produce, with a focus on seasonal citrus and greens. Come down to the market for a day of tasting, learning, and cooking with these winter delights.
Bittersweet Tasting: 10 am - 1 pm: Sample bittersweet pairings by Chef Nate Keller from Sprig, including crab and grapefruit salad on top of endive leaf paired with an ginger, fennel, and orange “mocktail.” Pick up recipes of bittersweet paired foods and learn how to create pairings of your own.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
