Chef Jason Berthold is the executive chef at RN74, an urban wine bar and restaurant that combines American and regional French cuisine. Chef Berthold’s cooking style focuses on clean, pure, fresh tastes that are inspired by his time working as the sous chef at Thomas Keller’s French Laundry in Napa Valley. While in Napa, Berthold became enamored with the winemaking process and now is a winemaker himself under his Courier label.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) at 11 am and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
