CUESA and the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market celebrate winter’s bounty of citrus. Come down to the market for a day of tasting, learning, and cooking with these winter delights.
10 am - 1 pm Citrus Tasting: Say citrus! Sample a variety of citrus found in the market and keep one bite as a prop for your smile photo booth photo. Taste delicious citrus treats made by Cremeux Ex Machina, including Hamada Farm Grapefruit Campari Sorbetto, Tory Farms Page Mandarin Sorbetto, and Brokaw Nursery Lemon Custard.

All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
