Chef Espinas is a self-proclaimed ‘Grub Slinger.’ He has worked at Incanto, Piccino Café, Camino Restaurant before joining Comstock Saloon in 2010 as Saloon Chef where the menu is a modern interpretation of historic dishes from the late 1800s and early 1900s, classic Gold Coast San Francisco. From Fremont, CA, he began his career in the food industry as a teenager. Chef Espinas is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy.
All demos take place in the CUESA Classroom (under the white tents in front of the Ferry Building) and are free to the public, with recipes and samples for all.
